Are you ready to try something different?  Kalari is said to be the oldest martial art in existence, dating back 12,000 years old.  Be ready to explore full body warm-ups, animal movements / stances, and salutation forms with Charity Joy.  In this unique class designed to increases one’s flexibility and agility, strengthening the muscles and tendons by exercising the body without the need for any equipment except you.  Be prepared to engage in a practice that will challenge your body and at the same time discover the joy of moving in such a way like the ancient warriors.
