Healing with Horses
What people are saying:
Yesterday we went into a field and quieted our minds, we slowly allowed the horses and donkeys to attune to our energy, and then we did some meditation and drumming. It was a wonderful, peaceful, grounding experience. The chaos we brought into the pasture was completely grounded and relaxed by the time we were finished working with the horses. Thank you Charity Joy Robinson and Heather at Foxx Run Farm LLC for leading the session and allowing us to be in the beautiful space of Foxx Run Farm!

WOW! Just WOW!!!!! I am blown away at how AMAZING yesterday's Healing with Horses workshop was!!! We were truly blessed to have hosted Charity Joy, and everyone that attended, at the Hiram Farm with our horses. The energy, peace, mindfulness and openness that was experienced was truly a blessing and a welcomed relief in todays busy world. We are looking forward to another Healing with Horses workshop on Oct 20th!

Dance and Breathe
You are invited to a profound transformational experience guided by Lisa Silverman, a seasoned breathwork facilitator with over 30 years of experience, and Charity Joy Robinson, a master of movement with more than 20 years of expertise. Together, this dynamic duo creates a safe and courageous space where you can fully embrace yourself, releasing what no longer serves you and inviting greater ease into your body, mind, and spirit.
The session will include two different sessions of elemental ecstatic dance and breathwork, allowing for deep healing and personal growth. Throughout the breath work session you will receive hands on healing energy work from the facilitators. We’ll take a brief intermission between the dance and breathwork sessions for light refreshments. Please feel free to bring your favorite snacks to nourish yourself during this time.
Mountain Kula Yoga Fest
Join me at Kula Yoga Fest in North Conway September 6-8, where I’ll be practicing Thai bodywork and offering Kalaripayattu demonstrations throughout the weekend.
Sangha Fest
Join Charity JOY in this intro to an ancient martial art steeped in Vedic tradition which comes from Kerala, India. With respect and reverence, we will warm up with basic honoring salutations, preparing your body for the rigorous yet graceful movements to come. As the class progresses, we will move through foundational techniques, such as kicks, strikes, blocks and animal inspired techniques. As the class draws to a close you will take a moment of stillness with a call and response Sanskrit chant to honor the lineage and reflect on the journey you've embarked upon in just 90 minutes. You realize that Kalaripayattu is not merely a physical practice but a way of life, fostering inner strength, self-awareness and harmony with the natural world in and around you.
